Refund Policy

At Romeojaan Enterprises customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in crafting and packaging each product. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges may be accepted.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 2 days of delivery.

  • Approved exchanges will be delivered within 5-7 days (subject to stock availability).

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

We may request photos or videos as proof before approving any return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalised products

  • Products made to order

  • Bulk or wholesale orders

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, texture, or design are not considered defects.

3. Return Process

Include your order number, product details, and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 7–15 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placement.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Customized or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.

7. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the packaging and product.
